Every custom order is handcrafted specifically for you and typically ships within 2–3 weeks after your custom order has been reviewed and approved.

Custom Color Matching & Special Order Fee

$25.00

The customization fee covers the time required to professionally review your photos, create your personalized color match, and coordinate your custom order. This fee is non-refundable once production begins.

How to Submit Your Custom Order

After placing your order, email Support@StinaHairCo.com with:

• Your Full Name
• Order Number
• 3–5 Photos of Your Hair in Natural Lighting
• Desired Hair Color (Reference Photos Encouraged)
• Desired Length
• Desired Hair Texture
• Preferred Installation Method
• Any Additional Notes or Inspiration Photos

Our hair extension specialists will personally review your submission and contact you if any additional information is needed before production begins.
