Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, returns are only accepted on eligible items that are unused, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Opened, installed, brushed, washed, colored, toned, cut, chemically processed, or altered hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
