Color Matching & Product Help

Need help choosing the right color, length, or extension method? We’re happy to help guide you before you place your order.

Please send clear photos of your hair in natural lighting for the best color matching assistance.

Please note that color matching is a recommendation only. Final color selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Returns

For questions about shipping, returns, exchanges, or damaged items, please review our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before contacting us.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

To begin a return, email Returns@StinaHairCo.com with your order number #. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
