Return & Refund Policy
At Stina Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the hair extensions must meet the following requirements:

The hair has not been installed, worn, brushed, washed, colored, toned, cut, or altered in any way

The original packaging, ties, seals, and tags are still intact

The product is in the same condition it was received

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Hair extensions that have been opened, handled, installed, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used hair extensions

Installed hair extensions

Hair that has been washed, brushed, colored, toned, cut, or chemically processed

Custom orders or special orders

Sale items, promotional items, or discounted items

Hair care products, accessories, or replacement tape once opened

Items returned without approval
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you ordered the wrong length, color, or method, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help guide you, but we cannot guarantee an exchange once the order has been processed or shipped.
Color Matching Disclaimer
We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions of our hair colors. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and device display differences.
Stina Hair Co. is not responsible for color mismatch once the product has been opened, installed, worn, or altered. We recommend confirming your color choice before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it. Items reported after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Stina Hair Co. is not responsible for lost return packages.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Final Sale Notice
For health, hygiene, and quality control reasons, hair extensions are considered a personal-use beauty product. Once the package has been opened or the hair has been used, installed, or altered, the sale is final.
