Shipping Policy

At Stina Hair Co., we carefully process and package every order to make sure your hair extensions arrive safely and in great condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, if available

Please note that delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Stina Hair Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or old address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Stina Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your front desk, mailbox area, or local post office.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, full name, photos of the damaged package, and photos of the product so we can review the issue.

Domestic Shipping

Stina Hair Co. currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Stina Hair Co. does not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
